I went to Barnes and Noble today to pick up a few books for my Daughters birthday. She loves reading. What I did not expect to do was to walk out with a book for myself. Until I saw this in a wrong section of the store.
It's called How To Make Webcomics and it's written by four Cartoonist who have actually succeeded in doing what the book shows you how to do.
If you're a webcomics fan, you may recognize a name or two in the picture of the book.
Anyway, I though now was the perfect time to start this. I'm itching to work on my own stories and comics.
Let's see what will happen.

Eric, how's the book? It looks interesting.
So far it's been very informative. There are some parts I have skipped because they don't pertain to me. For example, I'm not looking to create a gag strip. But for the most part, these Guys know their medium and have allot of knowledge they share in this book. A must read for anyone who really wants to get a crash course in creating web comics from 4 Guys who really know what they are talking about.
I got this book too. Albeit a bit too late. I wish I would have got it before I started my webcomic. I would have done a few things different. No worries though. I'm happy with what I've got.
The only real problem with that book is the title. It should called, 'The Business of Webcomics' or something.
It's a great resource though. Got it. Read it. Started my webcomic in MAR09. Take a gander...
